I enjoy thinking of ways to alter fairy tales.

"Home Sweet Home" is a slightly dark fusion of Hansel and Gretel, The Gingerbread Man, and There Was an Old Woman Who Lived in a Shoe. Created with Adobe Photoshop.

On the 27th of February, 2010, in Chile, an earthquake hit that shifted the lives of many.

At the time, I was only 6, staying with my aunt's family and only my brother. This piece aims to share part of my story that night. From being woken up to watching our lives fall apart, "camping" in my grandmother's backyard, and waiting for days for my parents to call.
